Airdrop Guide: Term Finance

Term Finance uses Dutch Auctions to established a DeFi-native yield curve.

Why We Are Hunting This

Term has introduced a points program intended to reward early community members, primairly its lenders/borrowers participating in fixed-rate auctions and users who referr others to the platform. While it has not been announced what points will be redeemable for, crypto projects often reward points holders with liquid tokens come TGE.

1. Click “Connect”
2. Read and accept the conditions of use, then click “Select Wallet Provider”
3. Select the wallet you want to use to connect to Term and connect your wallet
4. Click “Sign Message” and approve the transaction to create your Term profile
5. Click “Link X” and follow @Term_Labs on Twitter
6. Click “Link Discord” and join the Term Discord

2. Search for qualifying earn actions you want to perform

Lend in a Term Finance Auction

Difficulty: Medium | Time: 5 mins

1. Connect your wallet to Term’s frontend and switch to Ethereum
2. Choose an open auction date and click the “Participate” button
3. Select “Create Offer (Supply)”
4. Fill out the specifications for your offer (note: a lower minimum increases the chance that your offer will be accepted)
5. Click “Submit Bid” and approve the transaction

Borrow from a Term Finance Auction

Difficulty: Medium | Time: 5 mins

1. Connect your wallet to Term’s frontend and switch to Ethereum
2. Choose an open auction date and click the “Participate” button
3. Select “Create Bid (Borrow)”
4. Fill out the specifications for your bid (note: a higher maximum increases the chance that your offer will be accepted)
5. Click “Submit Bid” and approve the transaction
